By accessing the Site, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these terms and conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Site and must discontinue use immediately.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its contents (including video courses, PDFs, workbooks, and text) are our proprietary property and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are granted a limited license to access the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not share your login credentials or course materials with others.
4. PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY
No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of our content and the immediate access provided to our proprietary coaching materials and strategies, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase is made. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this No Refund Policy.
Payment Plans: If you are on a payment plan, you remain responsible for the full amount of the agreed-upon price regardless of your usage of the material.
5. DISPUTE RESOLUTION: MANDATORY BINDING ARBITRATION Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights, including your right to file a lawsuit in court.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the State of Nevada.
Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the validity, invalidity, breach, or termination thereof, shall be settled by mandatory binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
Venue: The place of arbitration shall be Nevada. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.
Class Action Waiver: The parties agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the dispute between the parties individually. To the full extent permitted by law, (a) no arbitration shall be joined with any other proceeding; (b) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis or to utilize class action procedures; and (c) there is no right or authority for any dispute to be brought in a purported representative capacity on behalf of the general public or any other persons.
